Delete your Dunno account

The fastest way is inside Dunno itself. Open the app, go to Settings, then Data Controls, and under Deletion tap Delete Account.

Tick the confirmation box and confirm. The account and its data are removed straight away, and the app carries on as a signed-out visitor. Deletion cannot be undone.

If you never signed in, there is no account to delete. Dunno creates an anonymous session so that search and price comparison work immediately; it holds no name, email address or sign-in identity, and removing the app removes what is stored on the device.

You can clear the AI assistant without giving up the account. In the app, go to Settings, then Data Controls, and under Deletion tap Delete All Conversations.

That destroys your stored conversations and their attachments and leaves everything else — your account, saved products and preferences — in place.

If you cannot open the app, write to support@dunno.uz with the subject 'Account deletion'. Send it from the email address the account uses.

We may need to confirm that the account really is yours before we act — usually by asking you to write from that address — and we reply once the deletion is done.

Deletion happens in this order: your encryption key is destroyed, which makes your stored AI conversations and attachments permanently unreadable to anyone, including us; then your stored files are removed; then the account itself is removed.

That covers the account and the Google or Apple identity linked to it, the email address attached to it, your onboarding profile, the products you saved and recently viewed, the searches tied to your account, your AI conversations and their attachments, and your push notification token.

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. Delete the account and the data goes with it; there is no separate archive we hold on to.

One caveat, stated plainly: routine system backups may still hold copies of your data until those backups expire and are overwritten in the normal course of operating the service.

We do not restore deleted accounts from them.
